The design is picked out by the you, the customer, shared with me and then I bring your idea to life through my painting. We can discuss the design via text, DM or through a conversation on the phone. The process is easiest if you have pictures to show me of what you have in mind. However, please remember that art is interpretive. Please also note there are no refunds given on custom items. Every shoe is its own special piece of art.
